01 Quality Requirements

WIN SOURCE consistently identify, mitigate the ongoing risk of, and ultimately, eliminate the threat. We have implemented a Quality Management System which is continuously maintained for effectiveness and process improvements in accordance with the requirements of AS9120B, ISO 9001:2015, ISO13485, ISO28000, ESD-S20.20, and the stantards of IDEA-STD-1010-B.

AS9120 is a standard with special requirements added on the basis of ISO9001:2000, which is suitable for aviation warehousing and retail organizations. It elevates our quality management system to the global standard adopted by the aerospace industry (IAQG)

ISO9001:2015 is a quality management system standard formulated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The standard absorbs international advanced quality management concepts. We follow a strict quality management system to provide trustworthy electronic components.

ISO13485 is one of the certifications that WIN SOURCE has passed. Our strict control of products enables them to meet the quality management system requirements of the medical device industry.

WIN SOURCE prevents potentially disruptive impacts in our supply chain. ISO28000 further improves the overall security of our supply chain

As a member of ERAI, WIN SOURCE has in-depth information on the global electronics supply chain. We dramatically reduce risk in the sourcing process as we tackle the challenges posed by counterfeit electronic parts.

WIN SOURCE utilizes ASD's state-of-the-art EOS/ESD education, training, programming and resources to reduce electrostatic damage losses.

02 Quality Management Team

Since our Quality Testing Department was built in 1999, WIN SOURCE has recruited a group of professional QC practitioners to form powerful and mature QC department.
Our Quality Management Representatives have the authority and responsibility to ensure the processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained.
To assess the ongoing suitability of WIN SOURCE's Quality System, our professional team regularly reviews via internal audits and quality reports, including results of audits, customer feedback, process performance and product conformity, the status of preventive and corrective actions, follow-up actions from previous management reviews, and more.
Everyone must accept quality projects training at regular intervals, being aware of the relevance and importance of their work performance and how this supports our Quality Objectives.

03 In-house Inspection Capabilities

Relying on the resources of the parent company, since it was founded, WIN SOURCE already possesses a whole complete and strict set of testing standards, applies the most advanced inspecting equipment, and has Knowledgeable Field Application Engineers, dedicated to vetting all component sources and products.
All of the components are shipped to WIN SOURCE Quality Testing Department where they are inspected and their provenance verified (By our 200x magnification, Solderability Test and Acetone Verification Testing, and more), before entering inventory and being shipped to end-customers.

Therefore, WIN SOURCE consistently implements ISO9001:2015 management systems, and strictly selects our reliable supply partners, only high-standard distributors who confirm our incredibly high suppliers’ standards, such as manufacturers, franchise distributors, OEMs, CMs, independent reputable distributors, can be the partner of our strict supply chain.
